To Our Patrons

• We recommend that appointments be made as far in advance as possible to assure your preferred time and day.
• Kindly observe our 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged for spa services, and as a courtesy to our staff and other customers.
• A credit card reservation is required for all spa packages. A 50% fee will be charged without a 24-hour cancellation notice.
• Please check in with our salon/spa coordinator at least five minutes prior to your first appointment.
• Our salon/spa atmosphere may not be suitable for young children. We appreciate your consideration.
• Please respect our other clients by not using your cell phone while in the salon/spa.
• Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Payment by personal check is welcome with appropriate identification.

• Our Salon/Spa is smoke free.
• Gratuities are always left to the discretion of our clients. If appreciation for outstanding service, gratutities of 15-20% are customary. Gratuities are not included in the listed prices or spa packages.
